non-CAN TPS issue

A forum for discussing applications and implementations of the MegaShift transmission controller code for the GPIO from B&G. This can control up to 8-speeds and 6 shift solenoids (plus a 16x9 table for controlling a PWM line pressure valve). It has manual and fully automatic modes (16x9 load x speed table), with under and over rev-limit protection, and full data logging of all inputs and outputs (among many other abilities). A TransStim to test your completed board is also available.

non-CAN TPS issue

I am trying to get the TCU setup as standalone with TPS as load (until I get the MS2 installed)

I have set the TCU up on the bench with a pot connected to my lab supply (5volts) as a temporary TPS and verified I am getting TPS voltage at EGT1-AD5 jumper.

My issue is when I enter calibrate TPS I get this message

"Unable to register TP ADC OutputChannel TPSADC"

Click OK and TunerStudio brings up the Calibrate TPS dialog.

When I try and calibrate both closed and full throttle ADC count is ZERO.

What am doing wrong??
