TS doesn't have a good solution for the number of index options now available in the spare port outputs. As a result, for the time being the index label doesn't change when you change the index itself, it will stay at "TPS %" (though I thought I changed that to just "%", or maybe nothing at all, so I will look at that again.
But the index itself should work okay. That is, if you select MAP as an index, then the MAP should *should* look up the correct row/column in the table. And the same if you choose TPS or gear or rpm, etc. You can see this by comparing the index value to the desired variable - they should be the same. If they aren't pleae let me know and we'll look into it.

I think I have mis-read your question (my mind was on the spare port PC control as well as the blended LOAD in 5.003). If you have 4.126, you switch the table's displayed units using:
#set GEARTABLEMAP
#set PCTABLEMAP
in the INI. These appear under the 'File -> Project -> Project Property -> Settings' in TunerStudio, and you activate these to display kPa units for either table, or deactivate them to display % units.
For the PC table to display kPa units, you need to activate PCTABLEMAP and restart TunerStudio.

Other than my random vss spikes ( going to change the cable and reroute it ) I am running completely in auto and working great now. Just drove 250mi today down to Alabama in auto. Awesome.

Great, I'm glad it is working for you!
Sorry for not getting you the correct advice straight away. It can sometimes happen when we are busy here. If you aren't sure about any responese, feel free to ask again (many users have found out how thick my skull can be, but we usually get a solution sorted out eventually).
