Back up light schematic

I want to build one of my VR circuits (only thing left free) to give me an output for my reversing lights. The 'input' will be a 5v digital signal from the Arduino Pro Mini that controls my alphanumeric gear indicator.
So basically I need to build a MS GPIO VR circuit to use a 5v digital input to control a 12v automotive relay.
Has anyonw done this?
