Here it is side by side with a prototype MS3 V3.57. Just thought you'd be interested in seeing this one.

Does that case fit both the GPIO and a Megasquirt v3 board?

Cheers
Daniel.

It looks like it would fit in the MS3X case if you took off the AMPSEAL and used a solder type DB37 connector for the GPIO. We could possibly come up with something that fits an MS and GPIO with AMPSEAL in the taller case used for the MS3X, but it would need to move the MS board down a slot and would lose the ability to fit MAP sensor upgrades.

Hi Matt, I like the idea of using the MS3 case and a DB37 for the GPIO with solder leads. I was considering using a db37 on the GPIO anyway.

Thanks

Daniel.

You're welcome. That could also be done with an MS3, without the MS3X card, as the case is tall enough to have room for a GPIO board in its lid and still clear the MS3 card. The MS3 cases will be sold on their own for people upgrading existing ECUs to MS3.
