I just ordered ms 2 3.0 and was wondering if I can run a wideband and egt in datalogging

Yes. Widebands need external controllers but are pretty straightforward.
The GPIO board will support EGT readings when complete. Alternatively, you could make a small circuit board to convert the EGT reading to a voltage and use these directions:

While for MS2/Extra, I believe they'll work with B&G code too.
