and the last 90%-100% well cant get over 97% actually....

Tobmag,

I see a problem on the bench. The PWM works as planned - except that the off period isn't fully off (it fluctuates between off and on). That is leading to the 'jumpiness' you are seeing. I will dig into the code shortly to sort this out. Thanks for your patience on this - it's how the code gets fixed.
