I used the link in http://www.megamanual.com/mshftbom.htm to place my order and for some reason the R5 resistors did not show up on the order. Not sure if it is an issue with the automated order or something on DigiKey's end (I did have problems getting my order to complete). The 1.0K resistors (1.0KEBK-ND) did not show up on my order form at all. Not a big deal, but wanted to pass it along.
