Hi Lance.
I looked at the suggestion for using the horn circuit. Looks very interesting. I've seen advertisements for steering wheels with buttons on each side, but don't know anything about them. If you actually tested that circuit with an actual wheel, what was the make/model?

How do I offer corrections to the assembly manual?

I think a phrase in step 3 needs correcting. It looks as if an editing attempt was interrupted (happens to me all the time). I think: "In all cases, you solder the insert the component on the top side of the PCB..." should read; "In all cases, you insert the component into the top side of the PCB..."
